[CentOS] RAID hard drive serial numbers?

YOu have not told us, what server and what OS you're running.
If it's a Dell Server (you have a Dell raid card) you can do it with 
Dell's OMSA:

The webinterface lets you configure and view all Raid parts, all drive 
infos are there, too.

Note this does only work on PE* servers, not SC*.
