[CentOS] NFS filesystem recommendations please (and problems with XFS)

You just need to pick the kmod-xfs (or kernel-module-xfs) module for
your running kernel.

uname -a will tell you the kernel, install the kernel module that
matches that one exactly.

You do not need the plus kernel for XFS.

However, personally I would use ext3.
