[CentOS] Mgetty for out of band management - which modem?

     Did 3Com buy USR again?  Last I heard, 3Com got rid of USR and they were
a separate company again.
     I just double checked.  USR is still a separate company.  Their home page
is:

They have a number internal and external modems there.
