Upstream has an update to fix the brp-java-repack-jars script:
http://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2007-0365.html

To fix this problem, we'd need that update, and rebuild the tomcat (and
possibly some other packages). You could also try tomcat from JPackage,
which was already fixed.
