[CentOS] Bind src.rpm from CentOS or RHEL 5 beta

Anybody knows where can I find the src.rpm package with Bind that was 
included in the RHEL5 beta (or in the upcoming CentOS 5 beta)?

I assume it's legal to download and rebuild this src.rpm since the 
license is GPL, right?
