[CentOS] How to enable download via web browser with vsftpd?

Make sure your web browser supports ftp file uploading.

If you´re using Firefox, take a look at this addon:
http://fireftp.mozdev.org/

I´ve never used it, just try and tell us. If it doesn´t work, google around
for a better one.
