Subject: [CentOS] Performance problem with CentOs 4.4 Samba

I experience performance problem with CentOs 4.4 Samba 3.0

Reading files from Samba (1 client WinXP) is 3 times slower than writing
to samba.

What should I look at?

Try adding:

	socket options = TCP_NODELAY

to the [gloabal] section.
