Works for us. Our email users us Entourage (MS, for OS X), Mail (Apple) 
assorted Linux email clients (yours truly), Seamonkey/Thunderbird (on 
Windows) and, sometimes, Lookout Express.

Tell 'em Lookout is well-named and recommend Thunderbird instead:-)
