[CentOS] CentOS 4 Stalling at boot time after mapping a remote samba drive.

Hey all,

I am a newbie Linux admin so please give me a little slack.

I have a fully functional postfix mail server that started stalling at 
boot up after I mounted a remote samba share.

I have no clue where to start looking but removing the share is not an 
option for me.
