[CentOS] blocks 256k chunks on RAID 1

It means that md5 is a stripe set between the 4th logical
partition of sda and the 4th logical partition of sdb and
it was created using a chunk size of 256k.

Does any of that ring a bell? Do you remember creating it
and the options you used to create it?
