[CentOS] NAT from eth0:0 port 80 to lo port 8080?

If you are just trying to redirect HTTP traffic, I wonder if you would 
find it easier to use an HTTP proxy like squid or pound. It is pretty 
trivial to set up a transparent non-caching HTTP forwarder with one of 
those.
