[CentOS] redhat / whitebox

     I've kind of given up on RedHat after getting the "We don't support
that", "I don't know", or "It's fixed in the next release" from RedHat
`support'.  I see better support from the user community on both the CentOS
and Scientific Linux groups.  Why pay RedHat for no support?
