I find Fedora makes an excellent desktop OS as most people like the latest and greatest on their desktops and are willing to deal with a major upgrade every 18 months to get it. I like CentOS on my servers. Redhat compatibility gives wide third party support and the extended lifetime makes sure I do not have to perform a major upgrade on those every 18 months. Having both Fedora and CentOS in my environment means there is a common base compatibility between the two. -Ross ______________________________________________________________________ This e-mail, and any attachments thereto, is intended only for use by the addressee(s) named herein and may contain legally privileged and/or confidential information.
