[CentOS] Sort imap e-mail remotely

Some IMAP servers have a filtering system called Sieve, which will sort 
mail among other things.  Perhaps your provider has this or you can find 
one that does.  Before I set up my own imap server (Cyrus), I used 
fastmail.fm and had good success.
