[CentOS] Centos 5.1 distro: How to upgrade 5.0 to 5.1 with yum??

afaik, the updates directory contains the latest updates to all packages 
that have been updated since the original .0 release.

clients update from .../centos/5/updates/...   .../not 
centos/5.1/updates/...  (or 4 vs 4.x, etc)
