fetchmail => smtp server

smtp server configured with MailScanner

MailScanner 'tags' e-mail

procmail or sieve identifies tags and deletes tagged e-mail (procmail or
sieve choice determined by your choice of IMAP server -
cyrus-imapd/sieve, dovecot/procmail, dovecot/sieve)
