[CentOS] Strange error on login: $HOME/.dmrc?

Yes , that's why the error occured , you had a power outage so your
filesystem went wrong and your home dir's permission was somehow
changed , it was the filesystem problem , if you have power outage
next time , i recommend you check your filesystem first in the next
boot
