[CentOS] system-config-display wrongly sets up Viewsonic VG730m monitor

That writes an xorg.conf with no monitor lines at all, then gives you the 
option of Generic CRT or Generic LCD.  I chose the right resolution f rom the 
LCD list and re-started X.  Unfortunately it's still blinking.
