[CentOS] Yum not updating kernel

2.6.18-8.1.14.el5 i686

kernel-2.6.18-8.1.14.el5
kernel-2.6.18-8.el5
kernel-headers-2.6.18-53.1.13.el5.centos.plus

I manually added kernel-headers. BTW uname -a says:

uname -a
Linux ann.qtpi.local 2.6.18-8.1.14.el5 #1 SMP Thu Sep 27 18:58:54 EDT
2007 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

This doesn't look right.
