Hello,

I have installed CentOS 5 (2.6.18-53.1.4.el5) on my new Acer Extensa
5220 notebook and everything seems to work fine except of the
following:
1)
Display is ok, but could maybe be better? The driver is set to 'vesa'
but should be 'intel', in my opinion. But 'intel' isn't working in
xorg.conf.
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile GM965/GL960
Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 03)
2)
The 5-in-1 Card Reader isn't working.
0f:06.2 Mass storage controller: Texas Instruments 5-in-1 Multimedia
Card Reader (SD/MMC/MS/MS PRO/xD)
0f:06.3 Generic system peripheral [0805]: Texas Instruments PCIxx12 SDA
Standard Compliant SD Host Controller
3)
The wlan card isn't detected, but that's no problem. I will buy a
ralink rt61 based pcmcia card which works great under my toshiba tecra
notebook with CentOS 5.
04:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM94311MCG wlan
mini-PCI (rev 01)
4)
Suspend; not tested this yet

So the only real problem is 2). Is there a possibility to get this
5-in-1 Card Reader working under CentOS 5?
Thank you very much!

regards
Olaf
