[CentOS] yum fails with invalid dependency on sqlite

[root at amd64 ~]# rpm -qa | grep yum
yum-metadata-parser-1.0-8.el4.centos
yum-2.4.3-4.el4.centos

This machine was update from 4.5 to 4.6 and I can't recollect if this
happened right after the update

I also came across this bug in the CentOS bug list
