[CentOS] Getting something into centosplus for 5.2?

Seems like it would be simpler to get an adapter that work with 
the current/native pl2303 driver.

For the purpose of serial consoles, these two adapters work for 
me under pl2303 without any problems using current/past CentOS5 
kernels:

Tripp-Lite U209-000-R:
