If it works properly, it's pretty easy to open them and a joy to work inside. The boxes we have where the drives are in cages are a lot harder, when you need to remove and/or install a drive. It took 2 grown men to get that first Dell Dimension 4300 open and I was afraid to keep it, fearing the same problem would pop up again, the next time I needed to get inside to work on it. Cash is good.
