[CentOS] Will CentOS 6's upstream be based on Fedora 10?

It should have been based on fedora9, however that did not happen.  I 
heard that it should be based on fedora11, though 12 will be the next 
release that is a "3rd" (rh9/fc1 was el3, fc3 was for el4, fc6 was for 
el5 ... so f9 should have been el6)

So my best guess would be f11 or f12.  I would think Mar-Jun 2009 would 
be the release, which is also around the f11 dates ... but it could be 
based on f10.
