[CentOS] dm-multipath use

I've used it on CentOS 4.6 and it worked fine in an active-active
configuration connected to a 3PAR E200 storage system(I had both
iSCSI and Fiber channel systems).

I also used it with an OpenFiler running iSCSI as well, though there
was only 1 path(used it for consistency)
