[CentOS] OpenOffice now automagically works: One last question...

Also one last issue in this thread and I think I'm done on this issue (and by the way thanks for all the wonderful help on this list everyone, this is a great community here).
I tried re enabling SELinux and OO won't start, so I assume that I must have SE Linux disabled in order for OpenOffice to run - is this correct?

if correct, is there a way I can still keep my system secure and run OpenOffice 2.3?

I want to run OO 2.3 because I need to run Base for remote MySQL database connections with Calc.
