Apache needs to be the folder > owner witch I take it, it is from you saying it does work on a few things? John, Thanks. I have the apache (http.conf) file directory options set with "Exec" for CGI. Apache is not currently the folder owner; root is. I will change the folder ownership as you suggested and test again. It works on many things and only fails on a few. Set cookie seemed to be the simplist and most straight forward to fix; so, I chose it to work with first.
