[CentOS] Re: i didn't see the 4.7 announcement

from looking at the regexs for the subscriptions, i can see that the 
announcement would not be caught by any of the arch specific 
subscriptions.  so that explains why i (and probably others) didn't see 
it.  mystery solved.
