can you try after changing your hostname from 
"mail.creativeprogramdesigners.com" to "bobhoffman.com". I mean the name 
that appears in your greeting:

$ telnet bobhoffman.com 25
...
220 mail.creativeprogramdesigners.com ESMTP Sendmail ...
