[CentOS] ADD locale ISO-8859-1 - CENTOS 4

Dear Filipe,

How I do setup iso-8859-1 for pt_BR (portuguese Brazilian) in file i18n ?

Is it possible change LANG="pt_BR.UTF-8" for LANG="iso-8859-1" ? It 
config correct ?
