I was going to do that for OpenNMS, but they say it is too old a version
(they need something fixed in b14 or higher).
I did start an instance of Hudson with the stock tomcat and openjdk on a
different machine and it appears to be OK but no one has used it much
yet. (tomcat needs a change for URIEncoding="UTF-8" as documented for
the Hudson install).
