[CentOS] CENTOS 4.8 available time????

Because we have a QA program and we test the operating system after we
build it before it is released.

We also have to sync the updates to more than 300 mirrors world wide in
56 countries before release.

Both of these things take time.

The DVDs were indeed spun on the 4th of August.
