Yup.
3Ware or Areca, and some higher-end Adaptec/LSI stuff.
(Don't know which)

But for simple RAID1 with two disks, software-RAID is usually good  
enough.
And for the higher-end stuff... well, this has been discussed before.
;-)
Turns out, RAID-controllers were over-hyped ;-)
