You wont find a DVD iso for 4.3 from http as its bigger than the 
standard apache filesize limit

http://vault.centos.org/4.3/isos/i386/

Either get the CD iso's and make them into a DVD iso yourself or use the 
torrent, although not sure if there would be seeds for 4.3 now.
