Has something changed? Rex, I don't see any effort from the Fedora side to do anything about this. It is not just about updating libdvdread in a orchestrated fashion, if the end goal is not to merge and provide an upgrade path, then it's a waste of time IMO. At LinuxTag 2009 Thorsten Leemhuis basicly said that Fedora has too many rules to make it feasible. But I am open to discuss anything as long as people can migrate to it. I do fear that the interest in the EPEL project is very centered to the latest RHEL only though, but even that can be fixed. -- -- dag wieers, dag at wieers.com, http://dag.wieers.com/ -- [Any errors in spelling, tact or fact are transmission errors]
