Maybe the hypervisor portion (RHEV-H), but certainly not the management
portion (RHEV-M) -- at least not until it can be rewritten.  Currently
RHEV-M cannot be redistributed and runs on Windows only.

RH is working on a replacement management interface which will no doubt
be released under the GPL.
