This doesn't sound right. You should be able to boot and run from the livecd image, whether on an actual CD or on a USB drive, but AFAIK livecd images *run*, they don't *install*. Again, experts, please correct me if I'm off-base here. I'm not familiar with Fedora images, though I imagine that they operate the same general way as RH/CentOS images since they all share the same base code. mhr
