[CentOS] Unexpected Enconsistency

Hi Linux geeks; I have just shipped from windows to linux. I am setting up a linuxa server with centos. now after 5 to 6 normal startups shutdown; now this problem has come up. I am not able to get any relevant link any where. /mote: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck manually can any body please tell me what is this. and how to solve the problem. I have executed above given command fsck -p . But again on restart i am getting same problem. what to do.
