[CentOS] Missing yum-priorities in 5.4?

An upgrade should do fine, I think... the yum versions in 5.3 and 5.4
looks to be the same, so nothing would be uninstalled afaik.

Looks to me that you will only see this when you do a fresh install of 5.4
