[CentOS] Persisting iproute2 routes and rules

you can add the routes to:
 /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/route-eth0
 /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/route-eth1
etc.

check script /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifup-routes for details
