[CentOS] rpmstrap/rpmbootstrap to boostrap CentOS 5

Hi,

Is there any working script, similar to deboostrap, for CentOS 5?

I have found rpmstrap [1] at RPMforge.. but only works for CentOS-4, and 
appears that's out of date.
