[CentOS] scripting CPAN installs

I think this could be done by
cpan> o conf prerequisites_policy follow
cpan> o conf commit
and then set
env PERL_MM_USE_DEFAULT=1 cpan
or
env PERL_MM_USE_DEFAULT=1 perl -MCPAN -e shell
