[CentOS] mysterious weekly shutdown

Is the machine connected to an UPS?

Maybe the UPS either sends a shutdown signal, or maybe it just breaks 
the powerfeed periodically because an old battery / overload (ours did 
once), and the machine cannot restart itself after that.
