Blackhole routing makes the best firewall in the world; you can't even attempt to hack an address to which your autonomous system (or your provider's autonomous system) has no route in the BGP routing tables. You can't even reproducibly DoS his address, since he can probably acquire another inside global one fairly easily through DHCP.....
