Run the page(s) with encryption in a subdomain (secure or ssl or whatever you want to call it). How to install the certificate will depend upon the control panel you are using, if the domain is on shared hosting. If it's on a dedicated box, google for how to install it, if the instructions are not available on the GoDaddy web site under their Support information.
