Fedora rpms do not always work or build for RH/CentOS. I got binutils and gnu-efi to compile now. They are a necessary evil at the moment, as the end goal is to compile grub (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=499204) > Why not give the exact error from the build out put.
