[CentOS] NFS exports network mask

So does exports list has any priority for loading config. e.g. I have
general rule as 10.0.0.0/16 for read-only and then 10.0.0.20 as
read-write. Then 10.0.0.20 overrides (default) 10.0.0.0/16 options?
