[CentOS] Antwort: umask not functioning with cp command

Hi Andreas,

I try the following command and the test/content directory is still in 755
mode.

$ cp -a -dpR content/ test/
$ ls -l test/
drwxr-sr-x 2 user user 4096 Jun 23 19:28 content
