> Increase the debug level for smbd by adding -d N (N = 0 ... 10) to > SMBDOPTIONS in /etc/sysconfig/samba, restart smbd. That was the first thing I tried. Nothing got logged or reported to console - at all. The nmbd logs showed up as requested, but for smbd, nada. Thanks for the suggestion, Whit
