It other words, all *landing* pages are on the non-SSL side of the site, whether by direct traffic or through external links. While it is possible to *bookmark* a page on the SSL side, the URL by then *should* be properly qualified (with the leading www., as defined in the cert.). The OP should make sure that all links to the SSL side include the www. and to make sure the site is properly structured with a link/form for the SSL side at some convienent point. Visitors should NOT be forced to follow too many links (clicks) to get there.
